Custom School Formal Suits in Sydney

The school formal is one of the biggest nights of the year, and the photos last forever. At Alex Goodman, every formal suit is made to measure at our Kogarah studio, so it fits properly and looks sharp from the arrival photos to the last dance.

We make suits for Year 12 formals, Year 10 formals, graduations and school dinners, with clients coming to us from all over Sydney.

Choose Your Formal Look

  • Classic suit: navy, charcoal or black, cut to your measurements.
  • Tuxedo: satin lapels and a bow tie for a black-tie look.

How It Works

  1. Book a consultation with Alex to talk about your style, fabric and colours.
  2. Get measured so your suit is cut to your exact size.
  3. Fittings in our studio make sure everything fits perfectly before the big night.

When Should I Book?

Most suits are ready in 4–6 weeks, and we recommend booking 3–4 months before your formal, especially for formals in November and December. If your date is closer, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.
